Project Overview

Baltika-Baku ”brewery is located in Khirdalan. Baltika, part of the Carslberg Group, acquired the plant in 2008 and commissioned it in May 2009 after reconstruction. The plant's production capacity is 10 million decalitres per year. The company has 250 employees and 400 intermediaries (distributor, agency, executor). Baltika-Baku's annual payments to the state budget are AZN 20 million, and the total investment in the development of the plant is AZN 47 million.

Baltika-Baku products account for 75% of the Azerbaijani beer market (2015). The company operates Khirdalan®, Tuborg®, Baltika 7®, Baltika 0®, Baltika 9®, Khirdalan Draft®, Kuler®, Afsana®, 33 Export, Produces well-known brands such as Zhigulyovskoye Firmennoye®.
